Stans KleijnenAs Area Director for the Netherlands Foreign Investment Agency (NFIA) based in the West Coast office of the NFIA in San Francisco, Stans Kleijnen assists companies in Silicon Valley to establish or expand their European operations in the Netherlands. Ms. Kleijnen has a strong background in the High Tech industry and brings with her 20+ years of working extensively with Silicon Valley companies. Prior to joining NFIA, Ms. Kleijnen headed up her own company Orange Canopy, Inc. specializing in Executive coaching and Management consulting. Before that, she worked at Sun Microsystems for over 13 years. Most recently she was the Vice-President of Market Development Engineering working closely with Sun's software partners worldwide. Previously she played a critical leadership role on the team that developed the Java platform.
