José Amsing

Out of the New York office of the Netherlands Foreign Investment Agency (NFIA) as Area Director, José Amsing assists companies based in New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Connecticut and Delaware to establish, expand or consolidate their pan-European operations with a strategic location in the Netherlands.

Ms. Amsing comes to the NFIA from Citigroup Global Markets in New York, where she was a senior banker responsible for a portfolio of European and U.S. global industrial clients.

Previously, at Citibank International in Amsterdam, she was responsible for all subsidiary banking relationships in the Netherlands with origination responsibilities for Europe, the Middle East, Africa (EMEA) and the Asia-Pacific regions.

She also worked with Philips Electronics in a variety of roles.

José holds a MBA degree from the University of Groningen in the Netherlands, with a focus on strategic management and organizational change.
